What is the equivalent of B1 fire rating in China? EN13501-1
The fire resistance of GB8624 B1 national standard is equivalent to the corresponding fire resistance level B or C in the EU EN13501-1 standard.
The EN13501-1 standard divides fire resistance ratings into seven levels: A1, A2, B, C, D, E, F. Among these, B/C levels correspond to National Standard GB8624 B1 level. The latest version of EN13501-1 standard is EN13501-1:2018, EN13501-1 standard divides fire resistance into seven levels, namely: A1, A2, B, C, D, E, F or A1fl, A2fl, Bfl, Cfl, Dfl, Efl, Ffl, and EN13501-1 F grade is not allowed to be used on building products.

EN13501-1 FFL: Tested according to EN ISO 11925-2 standard but not in compliance.
The GB8624-2012 standard divides the material into four grades: A, B1, B2 and B3.
Class A-Non-combustible materials, Class B1-Flame-retardant materials, Class B2-Flammable materials, Class B3-Easily combustible materials. The national standard GB8624 B1 corresponds roughly to the European standard EN13501-1 B/C classes.
